Lions-Club-Scholarship-Guidelines

The Carrizo Springs Lions Club wants to encourage young people to write because it is important to know how to express how they feel about service to their communities.

The Essay Topic: What have YOU done for your community?”

Students in their senior year of high school are invited to participate in our essay Contest.

Guidelines:

1. Essay must be typed ( Times New Roman, 12 Pt Font) and double-spaced.

2. Submission should be 300-400 words

3. Entrants will be judged on Grammar, Style, and how clearly the topic is developed

4. Submit essay by May 1, 2024

5. Winner will receive a scholarship of $1,000.00.
